"We, like most people, are intimidated, when it comes to car shopping. We have been purchasing another car every 2 or 3 years, and this was our very first time shopping at Frank Myers Auto Maxx. When we drove into this dealership, they were waving us into a parking spot. We were approached by a really nice guy and he thanked us for coming in (WOW! A young man with manners. What a surprise). We felt right at home and got a good car that we had been shopping for and helped us with some good financing. Also know that this is a very energetic place with fun stuff going on and at times can be very loud and "over the top". My teenage son said it was like Las Vegas at a car dealership. LOL! So if you are looking for your mom and dads car dealership, this is not it."

"My Isusu Rodeo finally kicked the bucket after 15+ years.It was bought new way before I was married and had kids. It has some sentimental value but my wife has been practically begging me to get us another car. So I caved in and went to Frank Myers AutoMaxx first. I had seen an FJ Cruiser on their website and i went to drive it. This was a very surprising day of buying a new car. Smiling salespeople that seemed to really care. Extra nice cars with a free warranty on every car. I LOVED the arcade and the popcorn. It was a good time and I feel that I made some new friends. I will go back there the next time I need a car and tell all of my friends and family about this place.‎"

"I just moved to NC by way of Orlando. I used Yelp to get the $17.98 oil change coupon. It was a great deal. Got my oil changed, got a car wash and got all my other fluids checkes in my Toyota for less than $20.00 with tax. Cool waiting area also. Wi-fi was nice touch. Arcade with X-box is there for next time. Also seemed like a good place to car shop. Lots of good looking used cars on the lot. Friendly staff. Not pushy at all. I say check this place out."

"Frank Myers Auto Maxx is an institution in North Carolina and I just bought my 6th car from them. Jim Pappas was my salesman and was the best. He gave me no pressure at all to buy but answered all my questions. What I'm saying is that it was all done at my pace. I appreciate that. I believe the name of the person that helped me with my paperwork was Keith and he was really friendly. He explained the features of the car to me so I would know where everything was and how everything worked. I appreciate that very much. Tracey is the owner and he has always been there when I was there buying cars just like his daddy was when I bought cars from them many years ago. These are hands on people that really care. They sponsored my sons baseball team last year when they couldn't afford to buy their own jerseys because of budget cutbacks. We went to several dealerships in the Triad and were treated rudely. Most dealerships we went to wouldn't even call us back. But Tracy Myers and his staff were different. They treated us with respect from the beginning to the end. It was also a fun place and I never thought that buying a car could be fun! While we waited we ate the free popcorn, drank free soda pop and my husband really enjoyed the coffee bar and the video games. We were in and out in no time flat. And we even got to meet Uncle Frank and have our picture taken with him!
