"I am very happy with my experience at Frank Myers Auto Maxx. Tracy, Rich, John, Keith and all the others I worked with made sure I had all my questions answered and were ready to help. They all helped to take care of me. There was no pressure and no hassle. I was surprised to find this at a car dealership. When I didn't see the car I wanted, they told me it was in their service department and they brought it down and ready for me. It was in great shape and I loved it! When I picked up my license tag they remembered my name and greeted me with big smiles and a friendly handshake. Everyone asked me how I liked my new car. Very courteous and polite. Rich and the finance department were a little slow but that was understandable because of my shabby credit. They were still very easy to work with. All of the paperwork was clearly explained and Rich made sure I felt unpressured every step of the way. I like going back to Frank Myers Auto to get my car serviced and my oil changed. The coffee bar and free wi-fi are both nice touches in the waiting area. Thank you to everyone at Uncle Franks."

"Frank Myers Has A Great Service Department"

"Frank Myers Auto Maxx has a great service department. The staff seems to care about me as a client. This was my first visit with my Honda to any service department other than the new Honda stores. My other cars have been serviced by Quick Lube-type places in the past. My big problem with the Quick Lube-type oil change place in the past has been that their staff didn't make strong recommendations when they spotted potential problems. I had a brake issue but my warning light never came on. I had mentioned the amount of brake dust to the guys at the Quick Lube-type place and they stated that they do not service brakes but failed to mention that I should have my car checked by a "real" repair place or a dealership service dept. I am a firm beliver in full service/ full circle business. It is the bases of what makes great business. Even though I only went to Frank Myers for a tune-up, they did a complete walk around on my car and gave me a check list with any problems/potential problems with an estimate range. Since it was my first visit, I took my car to the Honda store (which I've had problems with in the past...that's why I will NOT use them full time for service) and they backed up everything that Frank Myers had told me and gave me an estimate that was about 45% more expensive! If there is one compliant, I would say that the waiting area is a little small but at least it is clean and comfortable."

"Shopped at many lots looking for my new car and finally found it in Winston Salem at Frank Myers Automaxx. I either found high prices or bad cars or rude employees or all of the above. "Rolling up in my Magnum to trade for a Charger, I had my "guns loaded" and ready to fire. This wasn't my first car shopping rodeo and it won't be my last. However, I had been screwed by car dealers before and it wasn't gonna happen again. I set my eyes on a salesman and expected him to pounce at any moment. Surprisingly, it never happened. Instead, I got a big smile and a wave. Something smelled fishy to me so I still had my guard up. I'm happy to report that the "fish" never emerged. What happened instead was that I got my new Charger in a pressure free environment. These are some of the friendliest people I've ever met at any retail establishment and coming from a cynic like me, that is a huge compliment. Very happy with my new car and I get compliments every day. Glad I found Frank Myers Auto for my new car."

"Fabulous experience at Frank Myers that I want to tell you about. Me and my 2 children were at Frank Myers Auto Maxx service department for a tune up on my Ford Taurus. I didn't buy the Taurus from them and have been unhappy with it but it is paid for. The girl at the desk in service, I think her name is Jill but I'm not sure, asked me to come into the office. She said I had a "potentailly life threatning" problem with my car. It was hard for me to believe because I've been to service departments before that tried to lie to me to get me to spend money. But Jill asked the service manager Robbie to show me the danger. Robbie walked me to my car in the shop and showed my the thing that hooks the whells together was about to break. I started crying because this was my only car and I have to get my kids around and I have to go to work. Robbie said he had to order the part and it wouldnt be in until the next day. I was scared and didn't know what to do but the staff was great. They agreed to take me home and pick me up but I decided to try and trade my car instead since the car was wore out anyway. When I got to the sales side of the dealer, I spoke with Keith and Ernie, I think were their names. Both were nice and accomodating to me. They helped me with my loan approval and they used my Taurus as a down payment so I didn't have to come up with any cash out of my pocket. That was good because I didn't have any. lol. I drove home in a 2008 Nissan Altima with payments at around $260 a month. What a great job and a great place. Thanks to everyone there that helped me with a car and with service."

"Frank Myers Auto Maxx Was A Pleasant Surprise"

"What a pleasant surprise this place was! I've got to say that everything here made me do a double take. Based only on their cheesy advertising, I normally wouldnt have visited an establishment such as this one. Boy would that have been a mistake. I was searching for a Nissan Murano on http://Autotrader.com and happened across one of their vehicles. When I called, they answered the phone in a pleasant manner, they answered ALL of my questions (gasp), and they scheduled a "VIP Reservation" for me to come in and look at the vehicle. Now, I wasn't sure what a VIP Reservation was but it sounded good huh? After arriving, I was greeted promptly but not attacked by salespeople like at most car lots. Once again, everyone was down home friendly and polite. No one was pushy. I drove the Murano and loved it. I asked if I could take it to my mechanic and they said sure. My mechanic passed it with flying colors. I went back to the dealer, made an offer that they accepted and was on my way home in less than 2 hours. A couple of negatives are the parking. Park in the back in the designated customer parking area. It is hard to find but well worth it. The parking in the front is difficult to get in and out of and your vehicle could easily get hit. The only other thing I would request be changed is to increase the size of the waiting area. It seats 15 or so people but when I was there, every chair was full. That made it a little uncomfortable for me. I'm slightly claustrophobic so maybe I'm overreacting. The pluses other than what I've mentioned are the vehicles are priced right on the sticker, they have a money back guarantee on their cars, they give a lifetime engine warranty on their cars, they give free Carfax reports and they have a really nice coffee bar that I took full advantage of. In closing, let me say that if you are shopping for a car and haven't checked this place out, then I would do so."

Mr. Thomas Reflects On His Frank Myers Auto Experience

I have purchased two vehicles from Frank Myers Auto Maxx. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and have done so in the past.

The salesperson let me take my time and select the vehicle I wanted and did not pressure me into a quick sale. The salesman knew this would be an investment that I would put my hard earned money into and did not rush me like most dealers to hurry in and hurry out for the next sale.

I have purchased two Dodge trucks and have not had one problem from either vehicle. The warranty that came with the vehicle is excellent. This dealership reminds me of the dealers of old when they cared about what you purchased and made sure you could afford it.

I was offered drinks and a snack to make sure my experience was pleasant. Most dealers today rush you into a vehicle whether you can afford it or not and dont offer that caring feeling. Frank Myers Auto Maxx is defnitely the best used car dealer on the east coast, if you dont believe me look at the recent award that was received that no one else arouond has received for their customer service and quality of vehicles. One of the biggest selling points for me was on the door going into the business where it has store hours listed for Sunday it says "Closed" because I know where Mr Myers is on Sunday where we all should be and thats church!

Go to Frank Myers Auto Maxx for your next purchase or risk buying a lemon.

"No Finer Place To Buy A Used Nissan Altima in Winston-Salem, NC"

"First of all, I want to thank Zach Kapp and the rest of the great staff at Frank Myers Auto Maxx in Winston-Salem, NC for helping me get the best deal EVER on a used car. This was like the tenth dealer I had visited and I was determined to get a 2006 or 2007 Altima. The other places wanted $4,000 or $5,000 down payment and I didn't have it. The Adventures of Mr. Cureton



Mr. Cureton was a Ford Mustang fanatic...specifically the Cobra Mustang. It was his life long dream to own one and, when the time was right for him to finally buy one, he searched far and wide to find the perfect Mustang...the one that called his name. 5 Star Review by the Thomas Family of High Point

We went to several dealerships in the Triad and were treated rudely. Most dealerships we went to wouldn't even call us back. But Tracy Myers and his staff were different. They treated us with respect from the beginning to the end. It was also a fun place and I never thought that buying a car could be fun! While we waited we ate the free popcorn, drank free soda pop and my husband really enjoyed the coffee bar and the video games. We were in and out in no time flat. And we even got to meet Uncle Frank and have our picture taken with him! And he is taller than he looks on tv:) I am writing this letter to recommend Frank Myers Auto Maxx and their super Staff of Non-Commissioned Sales Professionals to everyone who is sick and tired of the "same ol-same ol" at car dealerships.
