"I am very happy with my experience at Frank Myers Auto Maxx. Tracy, Rich, John, Keith and all the others I worked with made sure I had all my questions answered and were ready to help. They all helped to take care of me. There was no pressure and no hassle. I was surprised to find this at a car dealership. When I didn't see the car I wanted, they told me it was in their service department and they brought it down and ready for me. It was in great shape and I loved it! When I picked up my license tag they remembered my name and greeted me with big smiles and a friendly handshake. Everyone asked me how I liked my new car. Very courteous and polite. Rich and the finance department were a little slow but that was understandable because of my shabby credit. They were still very easy to work with. All of the paperwork was clearly explained and Rich made sure I felt unpressured every step of the way. I like going back to Frank Myers Auto to get my car serviced and my oil changed. The coffee bar and free wi-fi are both nice touches in the waiting area. Thank you to everyone at Uncle Franks."

"My husband came to Frank Myers Auto Maxx about 6 years ago. We needed a vehicle for him to work out of and we had no money and not so good credit. Tracy helped us get the right vehicle and got us a loan through the "Everybody Rides" program. Using this program, we paid off the vehicle, improved our credit.

"We have bought three cars from Uncle Frank and would love to tell our story to tell about how great it is to trade with your dealership.

Several months ago, my son had been shopping to buy a newer car. He called me several times while shopping at a lot of the new car stores in town and was getting very frustrated with the poor experiences. He was at his wits ends dealing with the dealer employees talking down to him at various Winston dealerships. At one point, he called me and was almost in tears over his frustration with A**hole salespeople thinking he was not able to buy a car or trying to push him into cars he didn't want.

It was late that evening and I called Traci Myers at Frank Myers Auto who I go to church with. I told him the story of my sons bad experiences and told the Tracy I have had good experiences with his dealership and wanted the same for my son and his first new car. Mister Myers offered to help us personally to make sure my son would have a great car buying experience.

I drove and picked up my son the next day to go see Mister Myers. My son picked the color and style he wanted and once he drove it, he was so happy.Rich the finance director got my son approved without me co-signing and made me happy.

We finished the paper work and he drove back home and was excited about buying his first car from Frank Myers Auto Maxx. He was especially tickled that Mr. Myers was the one that helped him (Mr. Myers is a local celebrity because he is on TV).

We will be back again and again. Great dealership Mister Myers."

"Rolling up in my Magnum to trade for a Charger, I had my "guns loaded" and ready to fire. This wasn't my first car shopping rodeo and it won't be my last. However, I had been screwed by car dealers before and it wasn't gonna happen again. I set my eyes on a salesman and expected him to pounce at any moment. Surprisingly, it never happened. Instead, I got a big smile and a wave. Something smelled fishy to me so I still had my guard up. I'm happy to report that the "fish" never emerged. What happened instead was that I got my new Charger in a pressure free environment. These are some of the friendliest people I've ever met at any retail establishment and coming from a cynic like me, that is a huge compliment. Very happy with my new car and I get compliments every day. Glad I found Frank Myers Auto for my new car."

"My credit union had pre-approved me for a car loan and recommended I visit Frank Myers. I found my perfect car when I got there. It looked good but I have been warned about buying used. Buyer beware, right? So I asked for a Carfax and got one on the spot. My mind was eased somewhat but I still wanted to take it to my mechanic who has worked on our cars for more than 20 years. It checked out with flying colors so I went back and worked with my salesperson Mark and the business manager Ritch to get the price I wanted. They were very helpful and offerd me an interest rate lower than my credit union. That was impressive and I say hats off to them. Nice people, very accomodating to me and I really love my new car. I hope to be back to do business with them again some day. It would be a pleasure if the experience was like it was this time."

"We appreciate everything that they did for us at Frank Meyers Auto. All of the staff was very nice and I bought a nice car. My monthly payment was really low and that was the most important thing to me. Also I wanted a dependable car and I got a 2006 Honda Accord. Nothing more dependable than a Honda Accord in my opinion. My new car also came with a great warranty which is something else I was looking for. Most of the dealers in town sell cars with no warranty but not at Uncle Frank's! This dealer is way above average in my opinion. We will buy again from them."

This dealer made it easy to buy a car. It was fun and simple. The entire staff at Frank Myers Auto Maxx from the sales department as well as the service department were friendly and efficient. The financing was easy and they got us a very low interest rate. It took a little longer than expected to sign the paperwork and head home but they were super busy. It would be nice if they had some more help so the process would have been a little quicker. We will still be referring all our friends and family. In the future this is the first dealership we will turn to for help.

"Let me start by saying that I have never written a review anywhere for anything. My family has bought several cars from Frank Myers over the years, about 7. We have loved them all and gotten good deals. Anthony was my salesperson and helped me get my Expedition. He asked me for a co-signer and I didn't have one so he offered me their everybody rides program. That is where my 2003 Expedition came from. My downpayment was $800 not 1500-2500 like some places. We have had the Expedition 2 years and only replaced the serpenteen belt after 27,000 miles we put on it. We have sent several family members and friends and church members that have got cars from Frank Myers and they are all happy with their purchases. I can assure you from our many experiences at Frank Myers Auto that we will go back again."
